Program Description

One Day Bath Solutions LLC offers a text messaging (SMS) program to consumers who provide their mobile phone number and affirmatively consent to receive messages. Message topics may include appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up communications regarding requested estimates or services, and customer service responses. This program is not used for the sale of your Personal Information to third parties.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms, in-person or phone consultations, or other sign-up methods, and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated and/or manual text messages from One Day Bath Solutions LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers may not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to participate in the text messaging program.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing purposes. This restriction applies notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Changes to This Program
